Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier. If you choose to share your name or email, we store those as well.
Health Data: With your explicit permission, we read and write hydration data to Apple Health (HealthKit). This includes water intake amounts and timestamps. We do not access any other health data categories beyond what is required for hydration tracking.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the App, including feature usage patterns, app session durations, and error reports. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and timezone to optimize your experience and deliver reminders at appropriate times.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the hydration tracking service
- Send personalized hydration reminders based on your habits and preferences
- Generate hydration scores and insights
- Sync your data across your devices
- Improve the App through anonymized analytics

4. Health Data (HealthKit)
We take the privacy of your health data very seriously:
- HealthKit data is only accessed with your explicit permission
- We do not sell, share, or use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes
- HealthKit data is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the core hydration tracking service
- You can revoke HealthKit access at any time through your device's Settings
- HealthKit data is stored securely and encrypted both in transit and at rest
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
7. Third-Party Services
